Andrea Ashcraft - Product and Marketing Representative Andrea’s passion for customer service, relationship development, and writing make her a strong asset to the FMSI team as Product and Marketing Representative. In this role, Andrea coordinates press releases and telemarketing efforts, assists with monthly report production, and facilitates client training for the new OLS tool.Andrea’s background includes several years of non-profit event planning and fundraising, program management, and sales and marketing experience. Most recently, Andrea served as Sales Associate with a consulting firm that helps banks and credit unions measure and improve their customer service quality. Ms. Ashcraft holds a bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Dayton. |
