“This was a great opportunity to network with others who can be of assistance with us in areas where we need help. We can call on those who have found success with different aspects for their tips and tricks!”

FMSI User Group Meeting

FMSI completed its seventh annual User Group Meeting “Fiddles and Fanfare” at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Conference Center in Nashville, TN on April 22.

Nineteen banks and credit unions were represented at the conference this year with a theme that centered around establishing acceptable benchmarks, identifying and overcoming challenges and sharing tips and tricks for implementation of FMSI products. Participants engaged in interactive exercises and each attendee shared a success story during the Hoot and Holler sessions!

Plans are already underway for the 2010 event.

FMSI President, W. Michael Scott, summarizes his thoughts on the annual event:

“It is exciting to see the level of participation in our User Group Meeting and watch how our clients interact with one another. This forum provides an opportunity as a formal gathering of minds among our clients to share management strategies, as well as ask advice of other TMS users on how others have addressed scheduling and staffing issues within their own branch networks. New clients and seasoned TMS veterans alike receive a great benefit from their time together.”
