We believe that training our clients how to best use our products and services is the cornerstone to their success, so we have designed a series of tools for clients to use as often as they see fit.
FMSI University™ — Our online tutorial is designed to teach tellers, supervisors and managers about TMS Reports and TMS Online Scheduling™. More experienced TMS users may also use FMSI University™ as an ongoing reference tool.
The courseware provides lessons, practice scenarios and tests on each of the TMS Reports and scheduling functions in TMS Online Scheduling™. Once users have completed the course and test section, they are certified on TMS and receive a certificate of completion. Reports can be generated within your own FMSI University™ database to track who has enrolled in courses and who has been certified.

Best Use Seminars — On-site Best Use Seminars teach your management team how to interpret the information in each TMS Report and how to use the reports in the day-to-day management of their branch. These sessions generally last three hours, and the first set of seminars is included in your TMS initialization fee.
Classroom Training —FMSI also offers on-site, instructor-led training sessions on TMS Online Scheduling™. The first training session is included in your initialization fee.
