When NavyArmy implemented the outsourced TMS software application, they were able to identify and quantify inefficiencies in their branch network through detailed monthly reports. Many of their branches were overstaffed during times when their traffic patterns were extremely low. The TMS reports showcased this and provided management with the associated impact on non-interest operating expenses.

Ultimately, the TMS reports and its streamlined scheduling engine helped NavyArmy make and implement the specific decisions to adjust their teller-line staffing levels, which resulted in significant savings across their branch network.
