FMSI 30-Minute Business Discussion
What is the purpose of this meeting?
We have worked with over 600 financial institutions over the past 20 plus years, so we understand that your financial institution’s retail branch environment is complex. There are many variables that make your staffing and service approach unique. This is why having a 30-minute business discussion with the goal of gaining an intimate understanding of your teller line operation—is necessary.
After our business discussion, FMSI and your organization can determine if there is a business case to move forward in preparing your complimentary teller line assessment report, which includes your institution's productivity ranking compared to all our clients on the Teller Management System™.
What can you expect?
- We will have a conversation about your current and historic institution-wide teller line staffing strategy—and any productivity and service goals you may have.
- Discuss your current scheduling approach for the teller line (How is this managed and tracked?)
- As appropriate—depending on your specific needs—we will review the specific FMSI solutions that can help you establish and achieve both your workforce optimization and account holder service goals.
Who should attend and why?
- C-level management (CEO, CFO, COO, President, etc.): The discussion of workforce optimization in the retail branch environment revolves around the high-level strategy of an institution. It is important to have those who manage the strategic scope of an organization and are ultimately responsible for its financial health on this call.
- SVPs (Retail Branches, Operations, etc.): Those who better understand some of the more intimate details of the month-to-month branch retail environment and are charged with making the changes that keep their institutions viable and healthy are highly suggested to be on this call.
FMSI’s Teller Management System™ (TMS) finds the right balance for your teller line by scheduling tellers based on historic forecasted transaction volumes, leading to significant labor cost savings through better scheduling improvements—while balancing desired service levels.
