Member One Federal Credit Union Selects FMSI's Teller Management System (TMS)

Alpharetta, GA (PRWEB) November 23, 2010

Financial Management Solutions, Inc. (FMSI) is pleased to announce its latest Teller Management System™ (TMS) client, Member One Federal Credit Union (MOFCU). Based in Roanoke, Virginia, MOFCU has 12 locations in the region and serves over 60,000 members. By scheduling tellers based on forecasted transaction volumes, the outsourced TMS solution was selected by MOFCU to help them gain better control over their labor costs while increasing service levels.

When searching for a workforce optimization solution, it was a priority for MOFCU to not only find a sophisticated scheduling system that reduced labor cost, but also find one that staffed an appropriate number of employees to uphold their high standard of excellent member service. “The Teller Management System™ is a great branch management solution. We are eager to significantly improve our staffing efficiency,” said Jeff Wieczorek, Chief Information Officer of MOFCU.

In addition, Jeff is anticipating that a decrease in their tellers’ waiting for work time will result in a reduction in teller errors. “It has been our experience that the busier someone is on the teller-line, the less likely it is for them to make an error. We are confident that our new staffing approach will ultimately lower our error ratio,” Jeff explained.
