FMSI's Teller Management System™ (TMS) helps Bristol County Savings Bank Achieve Branch Workforce Optimization
Financial Management Solutions, Inc. (FMSI) announced today that its implementation of the Teller Management System™ (TMS) has helped the $1.3 billion Bristol County Savings Bank (BCSB) achieve branch workforce optimization and improve customer service levels.
"TMS sparked a total shift in our thinking,” states JR Pimentel, AVP – Training and Development Manager/SPHR at BCSB. “In the past we weren’t as focused on transaction volume and how it affected customer need when scheduling tellers. TMS has helped us become much more efficient in our scheduling to help ensure staffing levels are optimized to meet customer demand.”
“We consistently focus on the TMS reports and have peer-to-peer exchanges at our monthly branch recap meeting where employees share insights and tips regarding teller goal achievement and efficiency,” adds Pimentel. “The more we can get each of our team members to understand their role and the importance of the FMSI teller program, the more successful it is going to be.”
