Vice President-Client Services


As the account manager for existing clients, this position focuses on:
  • Developing and managing successful relationships with the entire client base.
  • Adding value to each client relationship.
  • Overall client satisfaction. 
  • Coaching for productivity improvements.
  • Acts as an expert resource for clients in the area of branch operations.
  • Acts as an internal advocate to ensure client needs are understood within FMSI.
  • Ensures commitments are effectively managed and delivered.
  • Ensures successful, quality resolution to client inquires in a timely manner.
  • Conducts client training seminars and workshops.
  • Additional professional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Position requirements:            
  • Business degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years financial institution branch management experience, client relationship management or account management a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to develop strong professional relationships with multiple roles and levels, including effectively communicating with C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Moderate travel required - greater than 50%.
  • References required.  

Position is based in Alpharetta, GA.. Company offers competitive salary & benefits. Position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
