Vice President-Client Services
As the account manager for existing clients, this position focuses on:

Developing and managing successful relationships with the entire client base.

Adding value to each client relationship.

Overall client satisfaction.
-
Coaching for productivity improvements.
-
Acts as an expert resource for clients in the area of branch operations.

Acts as an internal advocate to ensure client needs are understood within FMSI.
-
Ensures commitments are effectively managed and delivered.
-
Ensures successful, quality resolution to client inquires in a timely manner.

Conducts client training seminars and workshops.

Additional professional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Position requirements:

Business degree.

Minimum of 5 years financial institution branch management experience, client relationship management or account management a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to develop strong professional relationships with multiple roles and levels, including effectively communicating with C-level executives.

Strong organizational and planning skills.
-
Experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
-
Moderate travel required - greater than 50%.
-
References required.
