Kim Edwards, Vice President Kim has more than 3 decades of experience in financial institutions and branch operations management, including seven years as a senior manager. Most recently, she served as a senior executive of the billion dollar financial institution Achieva Credit Union and played an integral role in the successful merger of two financial organizations. Kim’s experience includes branch operations, call center, sales and service delivery, coaching and development, strategic planning, and communication and relationship development. Kim serves as Vice President of Client Services and works directly with FMSI’s client base. Kim conducted undergraduate studies at the University of South Alabama and in addition, received her executive diploma through CUNA Management School’s 3-year Executive Education Program at the University of Wisconsin’s Graduate School of Business. |
