W. Michael Scott, President/CEO W. Michael Scott, cofounder of FMSI, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Georgia State University. His banking career began in 1968 and encompassed 15 years of managing all operational areas of a large financial institution. Since 1983, he has been involved in delivering management consulting services to institutions across the nation.In 1990, Mr. Scott incorporated FMSI as a firm specializing in Performance Management Information Reporting. He developed The Teller Management System™ (TMS) to fill a need in the marketplace to provide better information to manage, forecast and schedule the teller operations of financial institutions. TMS has become the industry standard in managing the most labor-intensive area of a financial institution. Mr. Scott’s passion for service and innovation is clearly evident today in FMSI’s customer-focused culture. Mr. Scott is a well-known speaker both domestically and internationally.
