Jack Johns, Vice President Bringing more than 20 years of financial services expertise to FMSI, Jack Johns serves as Vice President of Client Services and works directly with FMSI’s client base. Mr. Johns is involved in numerous service related interactions with FMSI clients, including conducting Best Use Seminars on TMS reports, conducting on-site training classes for TMS and SMS Web-based scheduling, and assisting with the Regional Product Workshops conducted throughout the country. Additionally, Mr. Johns has the day-to-day responsibilities to assist with general Client Service inquiries and since 2005, has organized and facilitated FMSI’s Annual User Group meetings.Mr. Johns’ experience includes owning and operating his own Atlanta-based business, financial institution profitability and re-engineering consulting, bank management consulting, as well as hands-on experience in branch management for a Southeastern financial institution. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Auburn University. |
