Stacey Mueller, Product Specialist As Product Specialist, Stacey maintains FMSI’s IT infrastructure, ensuring that our TMS, On-Line Scheduling, and Lobby Tracking System applications are available and run as efficiently as possible. She also facilitates monthly TMS Reports and Comparative Data, and performs classroom training for the OLS system. Prior to joining FMSI, Ms. Mueller was an IT Manager for a large insurance provider based in New England, and served in various technical positions with both hardware and software technology firms. Ms. Mueller has a robust technical skill set that gives FMSI more breadth and support for further technical development and enhancements to its products and services.Ms. Mueller has an Associate of Science Degree from the State Technical Institute of Knoxville, as well as university course work in engineering and business management at Tennessee Tech and University of Tennessee. |
