Jim Yancey, Executive Vice President Mr. Yancey has 30 plus years of combined banking and consulting experience exclusively in the financial services industry. His consulting experience includes revenue optimization, organization effectiveness and performance improvement - while working for several nationally prominent consulting firms. Mr. Yancey has worked with over 200 different financial institutions including many different types of FI's such as community, regional and super regional structures.Mr. Yancey has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia and has been a frequent speaker for both national and state banking trade organizations on implementing performance improvement solutions. |
