Philippe Asselin, VP Business Development Philippe has been involved with the utilization and development of scheduling programs since the late 1980’s DOS versions. He has successfully served in management roles since 1989 utilizing productivity based scheduling tools to improve performance and efficiencies, for multiple operations with over 900 total employees. The focus on performance improvement has won him and his teams many awards as a manager/operator, and helped him tremendously in his pursuit of operational excellence in for profit and not for profit companies, including financial institutions. Philippe served as part of a successful Executive Team at a billion dollar financial institution in the role of Vice President of Human Resources for nearly five years, helping their team improve performance in all areas. Philippe considers lifelong learning to be a foundational proponent of continuous performance improvement, and has two Master of Science degrees as a result; one in Human Resource Management from Troy University, and the other in Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University. |
