Arkansas Federal Credit Union Identifies Coaching Opportunities with FMSI's Lobby Tracking System (LTS)

Over the years Arkansas Federal has experienced increasing levels of lobby traffic and needed a tool to help them determine the appropriate staffing levels in various member service specialties as well as a tool to help them determine quantifiable member interactions. By implementing the LTS system this added a dedicated resource that allowed AFCU to track and analyze the member interactions with Member Service Specialist and add that missing tool to AFCU’s tool belt. Another benefit AFCU has experienced with LTS is a substantially enhanced member sign-in process.
Specifically, when a member arrives at one of their branches they immediately go to a self-directed kiosk and sign themselves in with all the pertinent information for their visit. The LTS system in real-time then notifies all the staff connected to the LTS web-based branch network that they have arrived. Tammy recently described this experience by stating, "The LTS eClipboard queue management feature led to a seamless and professional process that our members have appreciated."
