FMSI is pleased to announce the appointment of Jacob Reeves as General Manager.
Jacob joins FMSI with a strong track record of scaling SaaS organizations, leading cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence in high-growth environments. His experience spans product-led growth, go-to-market execution, and building the systems required to scale both teams and technology effectively.
As FMSI continues to evolve its product suite, helping banks and credit unions gain deeper visibility into branch performance, staffing, and customer journeys. Jacob will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting the company’s next phase of growth.
