This year’s event brings together the Operations & Member Experience Council and the Innovation & Technology Council for what’s billed as the premier gathering for credit union professionals working at the intersection of operations, technology, and member experience. Beyond the main agenda, the conference kicks off with an optional pre-conference workshop on money movement modernization, and wraps into a two-day Security Summit for anyone staying through the end of the week to dig deeper into AI governance, platform security, and third-party risk.

The crowd will also include many past attendees of the former CUNA Technology Council and Operations and Member Experience Council conferences who’ve followed the event through its evolution.
